01 Acceptance of Terms

02 Eligibility & Age Restriction

To be eligible to register and use jaea9, you must satisfy all of the following conditions at all times during your use of the platform:

• You are acting on your own behalf as an individual natural person, not as an agent, trustee, or representative of any third party.

2.1 Age Verification

In addition, jaea9 may at any time request documentary evidence of your age, including a valid National Identity Card (NID), passport, or birth certificate. Failure to provide satisfactory proof of age within the time period specified in jaea9's verification request will result in account suspension until verification is complete.

2.2 Geographic Restrictions

jaea9 primarily serves players located in Bangladesh. It is your sole responsibility to determine whether accessing jaea9 is lawful under the laws applicable to you in your specific location. jaea9 makes no representation that its services are legal in all jurisdictions. 03 Account Registration & KYC

Each individual may hold only one (1) registered account on jaea9. Duplicate accounts — whether created intentionally or inadvertently — will be suspended and all balances may be forfeited. 3.1 Registration Information

Any account found to have been registered using another person's identity or fabricated details will be immediately and permanently closed.

3.2 Know Your Customer (KYC) Verification

jaea9 operates a risk-based KYC programme in line with responsible gaming and anti-money laundering (AML) best practices. KYC verification may be triggered at registration, at the time of your first withdrawal, or at any point jaea9 deems appropriate based on account activity. Documents typically requested include:

The full amount you deposit in BDT is credited to your jaea9 wallet in BDT with no conversion loss.

4.4 Unclaimed Balances

Account balances that remain inactive (no login, no deposit, no withdrawal, no wager) for a continuous period of 12 months will be classified as dormant. jaea9 will make reasonable attempts to contact you at your registered email and mobile number. If no response is received within 30 days of the dormancy notification, jaea9 reserves the right to apply a monthly maintenance fee to the dormant balance in accordance with its dormant account policy. The balance will never fall below zero as a result of maintenance fees.

05 Bonus & Promotions Policy

jaea9 offers a range of promotional offers and bonuses to both new and existing players. All bonuses are subject to this general Bonus & Promotions Policy as well as any specific terms attached to each individual promotion. In the event of a conflict between the individual promotion terms and this general policy, the individual promotion terms shall take precedence.

5.1 Wagering Requirements

Unless explicitly stated otherwise in the individual promotion's terms, all bonus funds and free spin winnings credited to your jaea9 account are subject to a wagering requirement before they can be withdrawn as cash. The standard wagering requirement for jaea9 deposit match bonuses is 30x (thirty times) the bonus amount. The standard wagering requirement for free spin winnings is 25x (twenty-five times) the winnings value. 06 Betting & Gaming Rules

08 Account Suspension & Closure

8.1 Closure by jaea9

jaea9 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any player account at any time without prior notice where it has reasonable grounds to believe that: (a) the player has breached these Terms; (b) the player's account activity poses a risk to jaea9, other players, or third parties; (c) the player has provided false information during registration or KYC; (d) the player's continued use of the platform creates a legal, regulatory, or reputational risk for jaea9; or (e) jaea9 is required to do so by law or regulation.

Where an account is closed by jaea9 due to a verified breach of these Terms, any balance remaining in the account — including real-money funds and bonus funds — may be forfeited. Where an account is closed for reasons unrelated to player misconduct (e.g., jaea9 ceasing to serve a specific geographic region), any verified real-money balance will be returned to the player via their most recently used payment method.

8.2 Voluntary Closure by the Player

Nothing in these Terms limits jaea9's liability for death or personal injury caused by its own negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot be excluded by law.
